- Direct integration with the Microsoft Graph API to draft and send from the sender's own Outlook inbox
- A voice model trained on the sender's own past emails, so tone, structure, and word choice stay consistent and authentic
- Multi-step follow-up cadences, personalised per recipient rather than templated
- Sending capped at 150 a day to stay within safe daily limits and protect deliverability
