Pinnaclelabs.uk is operated by Rian Banting, trading as Pinnacle Labs. By using this website you agree to these terms. Nothing on this website is an offer to contract, and using it doesn't create a client relationship on its own.

Actual project work, the discovery audit's recommendations, fees, and delivery, is agreed separately in writing with each client before anything starts. Those terms take precedence over this page for any engagement they cover.

You're welcome to browse, read, and share this site. Please don't scrape it, try to break it, or use it in a way that could disrupt it for other visitors.

The text, design, and case study write-ups on this site belong to Pinnacle Labs unless stated otherwise, and shouldn't be reproduced without permission. Case studies describe real work with identifying details removed or changed where a client asked for that; figures given are approximate and illustrative of the kind of result achieved, not a guarantee of what any future engagement will produce.

The discovery audit is offered free, with no obligation to buy anything afterwards. Recommendations in it are advisory. We'll give our honest assessment based on what you tell us, but we can't guarantee a specific outcome from acting on it.

Booking a call uses Calendly, and this site links to third-party tools and services from time to time. We're not responsible for the content or availability of services we don't operate.
